Too expensive and not comfortable. Ridiculously expensive breakfast.

Nice kitchen

Hard mattress, flat pillows, bad smelling bathroom products, rough toilet paper, noisy room.

Great central location with extremely helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Did not eat in the hotel or use room service so I couldn't comment on those facilities.

Shower head over bath was too close to the wall and it was difficult to shower comfortably. The rooms had no overhead lighting only bedside and floor lamps with dark shades and very low watt globes which made the room very dark. Blinds needed to be kept closed for privacy as appartments opposite could see in. These things would not stop me recommending the Cortiina, they are just things management could easily fix to make the stay more pleasant.
